Our online sessions cover Pilates, Yoga, Barre, General Fitness, Meditation, Mindfulness & Holistic therapies. We believe exercise & mindful practice should be accessible to all, not intimidating & above all enjoyable. Our aim for each & every one of our sessions is that you finish feeling better than when you started.
Our teachers have all been involved in the Health & Wellbeing world for many years, working in gyms, holistic therapy centres & dance studios. We hold qualifications regulated by The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA), British Wheel of Yoga, (BWY) & International Institute of Complimentary Therapists (IICT) When planning our sessions we bring the knowledge from our qualifications but also what we have learnt from our own teachings & personal challenges to create a well rounded & down to earth approach to wellbeing.
